Full of energy and endurance
With its 100kWh lithium battery, the Elefant R12 tackles its tasks effortlessly and with endurance in electric mode. The Elefant R12 is powered by the built-in battery throughout its entire operating mode. Its sustainable safety concept ensures that flat batteries are not a problem. Once the battery is depleted, the hybrid commercial vehicle switches to the diesel engine. Until the next power point is reached, all units of the hybrid telescopic lift are powered by the combustion engine and the battery is recharged. During transfer journeys, the battery is charged in Eco mode whenever the vehicle is in coasting mode. This protects the brakes and ensures optimal use of energy.

For maximum operational efficiency
In addition to environmental considerations, Turicum Engineering’s hybrid commercial vehicles focus on efficient workflows. That is why the Elefant R12 has also been fitted with a 3D environmental scanning system that detects hazards in front of the vehicle and provides the driver with optimal support whilst working.

Move the truck without leaving the basket
The unique feature of the Elefant R12 two-way vehicle lies in its intelligent zControl system. You no longer need to leave the basket to manoeuvre the vehicle. In both rail and road modes, the entire vehicle can be moved using electric drive. This offers a significant advantage in terms of efficiency and speed.
